Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA, responsible for applying mathematical modeling to support and enhance analysis of operational problems and airpower concepts to better inform Air Force senior leaders.

The analyst will leverage accredited modeling and simulation tools to provide quantitative analysis of USAF problems and emergent airpower concepts at the appropriate classification level, serving as the M&S SME and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in operations research or related field.
Eight years federal experience with at least three years in wargaming or M&S.
Comprehension of Air Force concepts and US military operations.
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

Apply mathematical modeling to support and enhance analysis of operational problems and airpower concepts.
Leverage modeling and simulation tools for quantitative analysis of USAF problems.
Serve as the M&S SME and recommend systems, programs, and methods to address division objectives.
Design, conduct, and evaluate experimental operational models where data limits exist.
