Job summary

Unifi is seeking a Supervisory role to oversee teams of passenger assistance agents at our Houston operations. You will manage shift schedules, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and rotations while ensuring safe, compliant operations across daily departures and arrivals.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, vacations, breaks, overtime, back-up for absent employees, and rotations.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration; complete shift paperwork and perform other administrative functions.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulations, policies and laws.

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising agents to their assigned shifts to ensure the daily activities are performed safely and efficiently. Manage dispatching agents and applicable equipment to their arriving and departing flights, planes, and assignments.

Job Duties:

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift, move up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
