Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking staff to provide wheelchair assistance to passengers at the airport, from curb to aircraft. You will support passengers through check-in and baggage, ensuring a safe and positive experience in a busy aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in English and able to obtain airport/state credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Push wheelchairs for passengers requiring assistance with professional customer service.
• Assist passengers in transporting and checking in or claiming baggage.
• Lift and assist passengers up or down stairs and in/out of wheelchairs.
• Gather wheelchairs and return to the staging area for usage.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
