Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking individuals to provide wheelchair assistance to passengers at Orlando-area airports. The role spans curb to aircraft with emphasis on safety, courtesy and efficient service.

You will ride along with customers, help with baggage, and navigate checkpoints while adhering to all airport and company policies. Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and are proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and able to communicate clearly with passengers and team members.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Push wheelchairs for passengers requiring assistance and provide professional customer service.
• Assist passengers with transportation, check-in, and baggage claim procedures.
• Lift and assist passengers up/down stairs or in/out of wheelchairs as needed.
• Collect and return wheelchairs to the staging area for reuse.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform related duties as assigned within skill level and experience.
• Complete work safely and securely per company standards.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly per policy.
