Coordinating with airline, airport, and wheelchair-service staff regarding passenger requests.
Providing courteous, respectful service to elderly passengers and passengers with disabilities.
Following airport safety, security, and accessibility procedures.
Keeping wheelchairs and equipment organized and reporting equipment or passenger-service issues.
Communicating clearly with passengers and coworkers, especially when flights or passenger requests change.
