Job summary

SSP America is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for assembling, loading and unloading products delivered to various locations at the airport. You will greet guests and vendors, maintain receiving areas, conduct vehicle inspections, and follow security and safety guidelines throughout shifts.

The role includes completing checklists, returning used equipment to appropriate areas, and performing cleaning tasks while upholding health standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests/vendors in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Commitment to safety: follow security guidelines and report issues.
• Willingness to perform loading/unloading and general cleanup duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests/vendors in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintain proper setup of the back door/receiving area and storage areas, keeping back door clear for safety.
• Assemble and load onto vehicle all items requisitioned for delivery to the specified location.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and notify supervisor of any damage or safety issues.
• Follow security guidelines for back door receiving, including airport badge checks and delivery paperwork.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations on roads and airport property.
• Follow property guidelines for delivery to the airport and/or individual units.
• After delivery, load dirty equipment and return to commissary; unload and deliver used equipment to appropriate areas.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists.
• Inform the manager immediately of product shortages.
• Perform cleaning tasks using standard products; maintain clean vehicles and no-smoking in vehicles.
• Return all items used during shift; clean and organize all work/storage areas; manage trash containers.
• Meet with manager on arrival to discuss shift setup and check out before leaving.
• Other duties as assigned.
