Job summary

Paradies Lagardere in Greer, SC seeks a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, unloading trucks, picking, packing and stock delivery across locations. You will learn the warehouse layout, manage inventories, and use WMS to update counts in real time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience required.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Always put the customer first (internal and external).
• Replenish pick locations with accurate quantities from reserve stock.
• Perform inventory transactions in the WMS after each move.
• Inspect product condition and rotate inventory during replenishment.
• Maintain clean and organized picking zone; restock supplies as needed.
• Efficiently pick store orders with accuracy and speed.
• Use RF scanners to confirm inventory moves and update counts in real time.
• Handle various product categories with care (food, apparel, fragile items).
• Communicate issues to Picking Lead or Systems Lead.
• Unload, inspect, and verify products against packing lists.
