Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor customer service role at airport locations in New York. You’ll assist customers returning rentals, greet them, secure keys, and record vehicle details for processing in our system. The job emphasizes friendly service and efficient vehicle check-in.

Applicants should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and be able to stand and move around the lot for extended periods. Remote work is not possible.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers as they return their rental vehicles.
• Greet customers, secure keys, record mileage and fuel levels.
• Check cars into the computer system and ensure efficient processing.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service.
