Avis Budget Group is hiring a Customer Return Representative at our airport locations. In this outdoor role you will greet customers, secure keys, record mileage and fuel levels, and check vehicles into our system to ensure accurate processing and ready for the next rental.

You’ll deliver professional, friendly service while standing on the rental lot, and you must be able to work outdoors, at least 18 years old, with valid US work authorization. Comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Greet customers and provide great service.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with returns.
• Secure keys, record mileage and fuel levels.
• Check vehicles into the computer system and process them efficiently.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service.
