Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at its Minneapolis airport locations to drive and move vehicles across airport lots, ensuring fleet readiness and a positive customer experience. No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Applicants must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to enter/exit vehicles and operate in various weather conditions. This is on-site work with potential shift flexibility and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles and drive a variety of cars in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and move vehicles throughout airport lots, including between check-in areas, car wash, ready-line, and maintenance facilities.
• Ensure fleet readiness and smooth traffic flow to support customer service.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company driving procedures.
• Support daily operations to keep vehicles ready for customers.
