Culmen International LLC is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead screening workforce training at Pease, IN. You will oversee instructors, coaches, and certification processes to ensure compliant, effective training across shifts.

You will align training with TSA directives, develop staff, and drive continuous improvement in operational readiness within a dynamic airport environment.

Qualificações

• Significant experience managing aviation security training programs.
• Experience supervising instructors and managing classroom, practical, and OJT programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult-learning principles, training compliance, certification tracking, and remedial training.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. National with the ability to satisfy applicable TSA background requirements.
• Ability to work onsite at the assigned airport.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and management of the airport's TSA screening training program.
• Supervise STIs, ATIs, OJT coaches, and other personnel supporting training delivery.
• Coordinate new-hire, recurrent, remedial, return-to-duty, and specialized training.
• Track training, certification, OJT, and compliance requirements while maintaining records.
• Partner with TSA training personnel and Culmen leadership to coordinate training requirements and schedules.
• Ensure training remains aligned with current TSA SOPs and directives.
• Analyze operational and training performance to identify gaps and develop corrective training.
• Monitor instructor and coach performance and promote consistent training delivery across shifts.
• Integrate training requirements with operational staffing needs to minimize impacts on operations.
• Provide management with training metrics, compliance status, risks, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
