Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead training classes to ensure high service levels.
• Maintain training records, schedules, reports, supply ordering, and billing.
• Audit training records and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute reports detailing training activities.
• Manage employee and payroll information in HR system with confidentiality.
• Process applications and conduct interviews; support onboarding with fingerprints and badges.
