Starting pay ranges from $23.00 to $45.00 per hour with annual compensation claims between $48,000 and $70,000+ depending on shifts. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

BDOs will monitor passenger behavior, identify potential threats, coordinate with law enforcement, and report security concerns as part of a proactive airport security program.
