Job summary

Paradies Lagardère at DEN Airport is seeking an Hourly Team Lead for Brother's BBQ to supervise daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail and dining setting. The role offers a competitive pay of $21.00 per hour plus tips, opportunities to grow with a nationwide employer, and benefits including medical, time off, and 401K.

Training on cash handling and POS systems is provided to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes guests drink and food order within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system.
• Handles money, processes credit and debit card payments, makes change, while complying with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention SOPs.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu; makes recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially regarding allergens.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public in a fast-paced airport dining environment.
