Job summary

BNP Associates, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our airport systems consulting team in one of several U.S. offices, including Denver.

The role spans master planning, design, documentation, cost estimating, and on-site management through installation and commissioning. You will develop equipment specifications for apron systems, evaluate multiple airfield layouts, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet schedule, budgets, and design goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in airfield layouts or passenger boarding bridges.
• Leadership and team-building experience with large design groups.
• Strong client rapport and communication skills.
• Experience managing project logistics, timelines, and budgets.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM tools such as Revit/AutoCAD is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and contractors (SME).
• Coordinate gate layouts and apron system drawings using CAD/BIM tools.
• Collaborate with Designers, Engineers, Directors, and Executives to prepare reports and drawings.
• Oversee on-site activities: surveys, inspections, installations, and equipment tests.
• Maintain budgets and schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
• Review RFIs and provide feedback to design teams.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Designers to foster growth.
