Detroit Metro Airport Marriott is seeking a PM Station Cook for a full-time role at the Detroit airport area. You will prepare all menu items, supervise Line Cooks, and ensure clean, organized work areas while coordinating production priorities with the team.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Line Cook in a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented and guest-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Directs, trains, and monitors Line Cooks; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Prepare and assign production and prep work for Line Cooks; review priorities.
• Communicate changes to assignments during shift.
• Set up work stations with mise en place; breakdown and close at end of shift.
• Inform Sous Chef of supplies to requisition for the day.
