Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Shuttle Driver at our Raleigh airport location. You will transport customers between the terminal and our rental car facility, greeting passengers and assisting with luggage while delivering a safe, welcoming experience.

We value safety-minded, friendly professionals with strong communication skills and driving experience. This on-site role requires flexibility across shifts and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (chauffeur license may be required depending on location).
• 6 months customer service experience is a bonus.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance.
• Must be 21+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a bus for extended periods.
• On-site presence required; this role cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely between the airport terminal and our rental car facility.
• Greet customers and assist with loading/unloading luggage.
• Communicate route information and next steps in the rental process.
• Follow all safety procedures and driving standards while delivering friendly, attentive service.
