Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Shuttle Driver for Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts at our Minneapolis location. The role involves safe passenger transport between the parking facility and the airport, with a focus on friendly customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to pass a physical as required by airport, DOT and state regulations.
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with customers and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service and knowledge of facility/terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to deliver the best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
