Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a part-time Shuttle Driver for Monterey Regional Airport. The role involves safe transportation of guests in a 10-16 passenger vehicle, with weekend availability and a pay rate of $18/hour.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, guiding passengers, operating routes, and ensuring safety via DOT and company policies. Requires valid Non-CDL license and background check completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles requiring coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and frequently enter/exit the vehicle.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Provide clear directions and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Proactively identify and assist guests in need of transportation services.
• Safely transport passengers along designated routes with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment and maintain vehicle safety standards.
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or dispatch instructions.
• Communicate delays or changes to dispatch or management promptly.
• Meet schedules while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.
