Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking personnel to perform shuttle operations, load and unload packages, and sort items. The role requires completing basic and recurrent safety training and working in a high-noise environment with attention to safety protocols.

Starting pay and work hours are listed below, with a Monday–Friday schedule and shifts starting early in the morning. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and directions.
• Must meet FMCSA section 391 qualifications.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.
• Ability to communicate verbally in noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Performs shuttle functions using a non-articulated vehicle; loads and unloads aircraft/vehicles; sorts packages.
• Completes basic and recurrent training as required.
• Maintains safety and efficiency in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
