Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leading at least three full-performance level Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) and trainee/apprentice TSOs.
• Identify, distribute, and balance workloads among employees according to workflow and skill level.
• Implement security screening procedures in line with TSA objectives and directives.
• Assist with investigations of incidents and prepare incident reports or other required documents.
• Respond to breaches of security and emergency situations.
• Train team members, monitor status and progress, and coordinate resources with supervisors.
