Qualifications

• Security or public safety experience preferred.
• Ability to operate screening equipment and manage challenging situations.
• Willingness to work in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate screening equipment and technology to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on passengers.
• Conduct bag searches and physical searches including pat-downs when required.
• Control terminal entry/exit points and interact with the public to provide directions and information.
• Maintain focus and awareness in noisy, disruptive or time-pressured environments to protect travelers.
• Apply risk-based security screening protocols and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
