Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Transportation Security Guard: Airport Customer Service in Honolulu, HI. You will serve and safeguard travelers and staff, conduct regular unarmed patrols, and assist with emergency procedures while upholding site-specific policies and a professional demeanor.

We offer full-time schedules with a pay rate of $24.25 per hour. Responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining logs, and coordinating with airport operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check, drug screen, and physical exam required.
• License requirements may apply; driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees and airport stakeholders while following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of airport areas including terminals, parking facilities, access points and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with airport operations, law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear incident reports and patrol logs, sharing information with supervisors and incoming personnel.
