Hudson Group at Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time Sales Associate. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, ring up purchases, stock merchandise, and support store operations on AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Be able to lift 40-60 pounds.
• Ability to work in environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management.
• Know basic store layout to assist customers and answer questions.
• Effectively operate a cash register.
• Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and loss prevention procedures.
• Protect assets and stock merchandise in stores and backrooms.
• Stock and organize damaged and outdated products; inform management of shortages.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store; assist with inventory and shelving.
