SSP America is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). You will supervise daily restaurant operations, develop a capable team, and ensure guest service standards align with brand expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Strong organizational and people skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage, supervise and evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of Food Travel Experts.
• Maintain guest service standards and brand specifications.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, scheduling and payroll.
• Assist in sales analysis and budgeting exercises.
• Address issues and escalate to management when needed.
