Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking an Airport Ramp Supervisor - Driving FT for EUG. You will lead a ramp team, marshal aircraft, de-ice if needed, and oversee baggage handling and ramp operations.

The role includes responsibility for safety, regulatory compliance, and crew coordination, with opportunities for flight privileges after onboarding. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Eugene, OR.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures, and towing.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and freight into aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, and servicing vehicles.
• Possible cabin service duties including cleaning and restocking.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulations and policies.
• Promote safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment policies.
• Complete work safely following company standards and report hazards.

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading a ramp team and marshalling aircraft in and out of gate, loading, unloading and sorting baggage. Also responsible for cleaning the aircraft, restocking items, de-icing aircraft, carrying out inspections, hazard checks. Operate ramp equipment such as stairs and bridges.

Job Duties:

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp all arriving, departing and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.

• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling industry.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
