Job summary

Freeman Jet Center in Pueblo, CO seeks a Line Service Technician to fuel, de-ice, service aircraft, manage hangar and tie‑down storage, and support commercial ramp operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Duties include aircraft cleaning, ground support, luggage handling, lavatory service, and assisting crews and passengers while complying with FAA, federal and company policies; shifts include day and night, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills with the ability to grasp company software for paperwork and transactions.
• Ability to write clearly and legibly.
• Push/pull/lift 70 lbs. for extended periods.
• Work efficiently under time constraints.
• Varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years related experience; aviation experience a plus.
• Pre-employment drug test and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performs fueling and de-icing of aircraft per standards.
• Directs aircraft and vehicular traffic on ramp; secures aircraft and maintains cleanliness.
• Drives and services fuel trucks and ground support vehicles; minor maintenance.
• Provide de-icing service and safety equipment use.
• Grounds keeping and janitorial duties; snow removal as required.
• Assist aircraft crews and passengers with needs.
• Assist with daily fuel farm inspections and preloading/quality control.
• Perform fuel truck safety inspections; ensure safe operation.
• Maintain compliance with FAA, Federal, State, Local and Avflight policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
