Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring for a Ramp Agent in Duluth, MN. Responsibilities include loading/unloading aircraft, guiding aircraft operations, and ensuring the safety and security of baggage and cargo.

You will operate pushback equipment, document movements, and coordinate with ground crew to support on-time departures. The role requires physical strength, the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings, and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Local in-state resident required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training required.
• Able to lift 70+ pounds regularly.
• Able to walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop.
• Cramped or high places are to be expected.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, services, guides, and directs customer aircraft.
• Safeguards baggage, air cargo, and mail from weather, loss, theft, or damage.
• Lifts and transfers passenger baggage, airfreight, and company materials safely.
• Operates pushback equipment and maintains contact with Wing Walkers.
• Receives and records customer baggage and cargo; prepares related records.
• Delivers cargo and baggage to/from aircraft and updates records.
