Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or via radio equipment.
• Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, service, guide and direct customer aircraft.
• Safeguard baggage, air cargo, airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage and/or destruction.
• Handle passenger baggage, airfreight, mail and company materials safely in aircraft bins and on carts.
• Operate pushback equipment and coordinate with Wing Walkers for safe clearance.
• Record and process received cargo and baggage per procedures in the company system.
• Transport cargo and baggage to/from aircraft and maintain related records.
• Operate or drive equipment such as belt loaders, lift trucks, push back tugs and carts safely.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for work assignments.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned within skill level.
