Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our ramp crew in Fletcher, NC. You will marshal aircraft on the ramp, handle baggage, and operate essential ramp equipment to ensure timely and safe aircraft movement.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided. Expect rotating shifts, outdoor work in variable weather, and opportunities for flight privileges after training. We offer full-time schedules, benefits, and 401(k) enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain airport credentials.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Marshal arriving and departing aircraft on the ramp.
• Load, unload, and sort baggage and mail into aircraft bins.
• Operate ramp equipment: bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors.
• May perform cabin service duties like cleaning and restocking.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
• Complete work safely and according to company standards.
