Keville Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a full-time Cost Estimator to join our team at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The role involves developing estimates for civil and building projects, reviewing others' estimates, and coordinating with schedules and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in cost estimating, strong Excel skills, and experience with HCSS Heavy Bid or takeoff software. On-site work at the airport is required, with related overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of cost estimating experience on vertical or civil projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and IT tools for estimating.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid software preferred.
• Experience with digitizer or on-screen takeoff software preferred.
• CPM scheduling experience is strongly preferred.
• Must read construction plans and specs to develop crews, equipment, and production rates.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed cost estimates for highway, bridge, tunnel, airport, building construction and renovation projects.
• Prepare preliminary, design-stage, change order, and risk analysis estimates; write technical reports.
• Review and comment on estimates from others; coordinate with schedules and drawings.
• Interface with owners, designers, engineers, suppliers, and contractors; participate in meetings and value engineering.
