Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Prep Cook for a flexible full/part-time schedule at UNITED CLUB – Washington Dulles Airport in Sterling, VA. The role involves following Chef instructions, preparing items, and ensuring food quality to meet federal, state, and local standards.

• Previous kitchen experience required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures; maintain sanitation.
• Store, label and date all food items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and logs.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Take orders from customers and prepare quick-prepare items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously; manage multiple stations.
• Use recipes and standards to ensure quality and portions.
• Resolve customer concerns; perform other duties as assigned.
