Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent (F9) at IAH (FT) in Houston, TX. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a base pay rate of $15.00 hourly with training provided. Shift availability includes AM and PM; weekend and holiday work may be required.

Comprehensive benefits, paid time off, 401k and flight privileges after 30 days, along with weekly pay for hourly staff, are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state authorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and support during check-in and boarding procedures.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems, including baggage handling and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchair access and loading/unloading of luggage.
• Maintain safety procedures and report incidents per company policy.
