Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote a positive work atmosphere for the department.
• Supervise and oversee all cross-utilized agents.
• Provide direction and motivation for station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with SkyWest standards and procedures.
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
• Attend company training classes as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Perform Cross Utilized Agent duties as required.
