Smarte Carte is seeking a Supervisory professional for the DFW Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport. This full-time, on-site role leads the labor force in the passenger terminal areas to meet daily performance goals and improve vending quality while enhancing the customer experience.

The incumbent will demonstrate proven leadership, scheduling acumen, cash handling, and strong communication with airport operations. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership skills; previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads.
• Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment.
• Provide customer service to airport passengers and respond to inquiries.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs; assist with collections and cash handling.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet performance goals and service standards.
