Qualifications

• Ability to travel >75% between airport stations and for meetings.
• Experience with staffing/recruiting processes and policy adherence.
• Fluent English communication (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of services for customer airlines and airports within contract and budget.
• Ensure safety and security policies and procedures meet applicable standards.
• Liaise with airline station managers, airport operations managers, handling agents, Customs, Immigration and Security officials.
• Oversee recruiting and staffing initiatives to maintain service levels.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action for shortfalls.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address operational gaps and audits.
• Mentor the local team and backfill leadership roles as needed.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents and irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and security measures.
• Promote workplace diversity and support startup operations across business lines.
