You will partner with clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders to shape pursuits, develop materials, and strengthen client relationships across aviation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 12 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 11 years of experience.
• In lieu of degree, 16 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in airport operations and management.
• Strong consulting mindset and ability to guide practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams.
• Prepare technical materials, including strategic analyses and procurement documents.
• Support strategic client and project pursuits with technical input.
• Target national and international associations for networking and lead generation.
• Identify and manage high-level projects with departments and agencies.

For our client, we are seeking a Airport Operations Digital Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will provide strategic guidance and digital delivery support for airport operations initiatives, partnering closely with clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders. The position will help shape high-value pursuits, develop technical materials, and strengthen client relationships across complex aviation programs. With a national and international scope, the role will also contribute to thought leadership, technical knowledge sharing, and practical recommendations that support successful project outcomes.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $225,746 – $360,607 annually
