Job summary

Pegasus Aviation Services, an Akima company, seeks an Operations Agent at ANC Airport in Anchorage to provide essential operational support for flight scheduling and crew logistics. The role involves coordinating hotels, transport, and paperwork while driving to/from aircraft.

Non-exempt, hourly position reporting to the Operations Manager. Requires SIDA clearance, U.S. citizenship or right to work, and the ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, operations, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 and able to obtain airport driving endorsement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizen or right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist airline customers and crew members with operational needs.
• Coordinate crew movements with hotels and transport services.
• Drive company vehicles to and from aircraft.
• Provide timely flight information to staff for proper staffing.
• Clear paperwork for U.S. Customs and ensure crew and cargo procedures are followed.
• Maintain SIDA clearance.
• Assist with boarding and deplaning of passengers.
• Update intranet and operations databases with current information.
