Job summary

JSX is seeking an Airport Operations Concierge (AOC) to deliver a seamless, safe, and elevated experience across Above Wing and Below Wing operations. You will perform customer-facing and ramp duties, ensuring the effortless service JSX is known for while upholding safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include guiding check-in and boarding, marshalling aircraft, cleaning and restocking, and maintaining security and DOT/FAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an effortless check-in and boarding experience and ensure documentation, baggage, and screening are completed on time.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates and safely load/unload baggage, cargo, and amenities while maintaining on-time performance.
• Perform aircraft and lounge cleaning, restocking, and presentation duties to uphold brand and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with security and DOT/FAA procedures and execute Ground Security Coordinator responsibilities.
• Identify and communicate safety or operational risks to leadership promptly.
• Support irregular operations and recovery efforts through proactive communication and teamwork.

AOCs perform customer-facing and ramp-related duties, ensuring every Customer receives the effortless, personalized service JSX is known for while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities/Day In The Life Tasks

• Provide customers with an effortless and welcoming check-in and boarding experience, ensuring all documentation, baggage, and screening processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates, safely load/unload baggage, cargo, and amenities while maintaining on-time performance.
• Perform aircraft and lounge cleaning, restocking, and presentation duties to uphold brand and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with all security, DOT/FAA, and Company procedures while executing Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) responsibilities.
• Identify and communicate safety or operational risks immediately to leadership.
• Support irregular operations (IROP) and recovery efforts through proactive communication and teamwork.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred

• 4 year college degree
• Prior aviation, ramp, or hospitality experience.

Basic Requirements

• In compliance with federal aviation security requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Subject to DOT/FAA pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
