Job summary

Villa Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee Starbucks, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, and other quick-service and full-service concepts inside Orlando International Airport. You will lead multiple high-volume locations, mentor general managers, and ensure brand and airport compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing quick-service and full-service concepts is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor, food costs, inventory, and sales forecasting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance and badging.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple restaurant concepts.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers, Co-Managers, and department leaders.
• Ensure each location meets company, franchisor, airport, and food-safety standards.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor productivity, inventory controls, and cost management.
• Review financial performance and develop action plans to address opportunities.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on passenger volume and operational needs.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and retention.
• Create a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and excellent guest service.
• Conduct regular location visits, operational audits, and leadership meetings.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll controls, ordering, cash handling, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Build strong working relationships with airport representatives, franchisor partners, vendors, and internal support teams.
• Support new restaurant openings, menu rollouts, promotional initiatives, and operational changes.
