Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an Airport Manager in Boise, Idaho to oversee all activities at our airport location, ensuring smooth, profitable operations and satisfied customers and employees.

You'll manage staffing, customer service at the rental counter, supervise shuttle operations, handle escalated issues, assist with budget planning, and enforce HR policies while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Experience in car/truck rental, human resources, training, customer service and operations.
• Working knowledge of P&L and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee airport rental counter operations and vehicle rentals.
• Plan staffing schedules and manage exempt/nonexempt staff.
• Coordinate shuttle operations between counters, cars, and terminal.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve promptly.
• Provide transaction and revenue statistics; assist with annual budget prep.
