Sodexo Airport Lounge Wait Staff position at AIRPORT DIMENSIONS-SAPPHIRE LOUNGE BY THE CLUB is a full-time role in a fast-paced airport setting. You will greet guests, present menus, and guide dining selections with knowledgeable recommendations.

You will take orders accurately, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure plates and beverages meet quality standards while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) may be required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests; present menus and specials.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer menu questions.
• Accurately take and relay orders; ensure correct sequence and presentation.

The Wait Staff will serve a variety of made-fresh-to-order entrées, appetizers, desserts, and beverage items from Sodexo’s restaurant menu while exhibiting a professional, friendly, and attentive approach. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.
