Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC operates The Club at Pittsburgh International Airport, offering a fast-paced lounge environment. We seek a Full-Time Airport Lounge Supervisor who can work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, and who will manage a team to deliver premier service.

Responsibilities cover customer service, inventory, and administrative duties, with a focus on compliance and hospitality standards within an airport setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required; 5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office; Excel experience is a plus.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays; 18 or 21 years of age depending on state law.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with airline passengers in a premier clubroom/bar environment.
• Coordinate assigned team members according to company policies and laws.
• Maintain inventory and restock snack/coffee/cups in all service areas.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support lounge management to resolve issues.
