Sodexo is seeking an Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor at the Lufthansa Airlines Lounge (IAD). This full-time rotation shift role requires open availability on all shifts, with a pay range of $26.50 per hour.

You will oversee on-site food operations across services such as fast casual, coffee, cafeterias, events, and casual dining, coordinating with management to ensure smooth operations. The position emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to a safe, high-quality guest experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time Rotation Shift

Pay Range: $26.50 - $26.50

What You’ll Do:

As a Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
