The role requires coordinating routine work across food operations, fast casual, coffee service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining, under on-site management guidance. The position is full-time with rotation shifts and open availability.

Pay is $26.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. You will train staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a safe, efficient lounge

Location: LUFTHANSA AIRLINES LOUNGE - IAD - 30886001

Workdays/shifts: ANY SHIFT (OPEN AVAILABILITY). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-Time Rotation Shift

Pay Range: $26.50 per hour - $26.50 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business


• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.


• Facilitate orientation and training of employees


• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.


• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity


• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
