Job summary

Gate Gourmet is seeking Local CDL Truck Drivers to load galley equipment, transport it to aircraft, and unload at local airports. Responsibilities include following customer guidelines, adhering to safety rules, and coordinating with airline staff at the aircraft.

The role requires a CDL Class A or B and a valid U.S. drivercense, with potential overtime and weekend work. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with up to one year of experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Up to 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must have CDL Class A or B and a valid U.S. driver9cense.

Responsibilities

• Load equipment onto the truck per guidelines.
• Drive the truck to the aircraft (local airport).
• Load galley equipment according to customer guidelines.
• Unload and dispose of dirty equipment and trash.
• Comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Interact with airline representatives at the aircraft.
• Follow directions and work as part of the Transportation team.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
