Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a food service environment.
• Able to read, speak and understand English to communicate with guests.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Food handlers permit and brand certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present items.
• Maintain proper and adequate setup of the kitchen/station daily.
• Stock and rotate supplies; ensure product quality and safety.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Adhere to health standards and general cleaning duties.
