Paradies Lagardère at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is hiring a Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member to support Chick-fil-A operations. You will help prepare, cook, and assemble high-quality food, work across multiple kitchen stations, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and speed in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly.
• Maintain speed and quality during high-volume service.
• Follow Chick-fil-A recipes and food safety procedures.
• Keep kitchen stations clean and stocked.
• Label, rotate, and store all food products properly.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with deliveries and inventory stocking.
• Support opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
• Maintain prep areas, coolers, and storage spaces.
• Work with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on training and new menu items.
