• Food preparation at 100% recipe adherence.
• Follow production prep list and keep accurate records to ensure procurement planning.
• Assist with ordering and stocking of food supplies as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Report equipment needs and maintain proper dating and storage of prepared items.
