Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior service following established standards.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Process guest orders in sequence and coordinate with staff for timely delivery.
• Verify identification to ensure alcohol service age requirements are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Handle cash and present checks; complete payments.
• Keep tables and stations clean and stocked for service.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Report equipment issues to management promptly.
• Perform opening and/or closing side work as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
